Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it for you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain product categories cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items (special orders, custom-made products)
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the product you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving a justification. Your item must still meet the return eligibility requirements (unused, original condition, tags attached, proof of purchase).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may also require additional processing time before the refund is posted to your account.
